2. What are the delivery timings and delivery charges?

Customers can select their preffered time slot with order date (free of cost)as under:

3. How do you ensure that the fruits and vegetables I receive are fresh?

In order to provide our customers with fresh fruits and vegetables.we procure fruits and vegetables, fresh from the farmers and our designated partners every day and we do not believe in purchasing in bulk and keeping it in cold storage.Moreover we wash,clean, pack with the best available and possible hygienic methods

5. Are online payments secure?

6. Is there a delivery charge?

All orders with bill value greater than Rs. 300/- are delivered free of charge with our compliments! A nominal delivery charge of Rs. 50/- would be charged for orders less than Rs. 300/-

7.What if I am not at home when the products are delivered?

It is recommended that you choose a delivery time as per your availability at home. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, we will deliver products to a neighbor or security personnel nominated by you on call by our representative or you can also change your delivery slot by calling our customer care 8288800800

8.What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the products?

We aim to excel in quality of our products, to bring the best quality products to you. We would never give you a chance to be dissatisfied with the quality. In the rare occasion, if it happens, we would take back the products without any questions and refund you the full amount.

9.Will I receive any communication related to my orders?

As soon as you have placed an online order with us, you will receive a SMS specifying your order ID, provisional bill amount, Date of delivery of your order. Subsequently at the time of dispatch of order from our site you will get an intimation via SMS regarding the approx time of delivery and the final bill amount.

10.What areas are covered by your delivery service?

Currently our service is available only in Chandigarh, Mohali. However we will add Panchkula soon in our delivery list. Please contact us at 8288800800 for any further queries about delivery area.

11.What if I have to cancel my order?

You can contact us at our Customer Care number 8288800800 to inform us about the cancellation, within 2 hours of your placing the order. Any amount, if already paid by you, will get credited to your online account with us.

12.What if my order does not get delivered?

We strive hard to deliver all our orders on time. However, in case, there is a no-show, we will happily bear the costs and the entire amount will be refunded. If there is a delivery lapse at our end, we will take full responsibility.

13.What is the guarantee for quality?

We are 100 % responsible for the quality. We would appreciate your valuable feedback on our products and delivery system. If you're not satisfied with our items delivered, you can ask for a refund for that particular item.

14.In what form/ packing will I receive the vegetables?

You shall receive your order neatly packed. Before packing, we shall be sorting the fruits and vegetables so as to ensure that only the good quality of fruits and vegetables are sent to you.

15.What can I do with my empty boxes?

We are happy to collect your empty delivery boxes. Please leave them out for collection with your next delivery. Our packaging material is Recyclable.

16.Can I have a different delivery address other than my registered address?

You can specify a delivery address that is different from your home address by entering the delivery address details in the Address for Delivery field. But the delivery address should fall within our delivery areas.
